Help for makers mark Chinese? Japanese? On a plate.

The Chinese meaning is like a children's fairytale.

The female fairy is coming down from heaven to unite with the male human.

So it could be depicting the pattern or the joyous occasion.

It may even be the name of the company if they have fairy in their name.

Chinese marks are often loosely translated especially if the item is not particularly old by Chinese standards.
