Help to identify antique Asian teapot

Hi - can anyone help us identify the antique asian teapot as shown in the photos as to where it is from, its age, value. It has writing on its top, and both ends with pictures either side and a mark on the bottom. Thanks......

Most of the text refers to the Chinese tea culture.

"Drink tea and you will be relaxed (calm), good for your heart"

The other is the makers name and size.

"Medium size pot" and maker is "All Spring or Evergreen" referring to forever young or along those lines.

Best I could get within the translation.
