I need advice re ID for a vintage ladies Rolex

Hi, can someone point me in the right direction to get ID for a vintage ladies Rolex please? I have spent time searching unsuccessfully trying to find this particular watch face. Thank you

On the back of the watch will be a long number usually hyphenated.

That is the case number for that style.

Then google the case number.

hmmm don't seem to have one on the back. Or anywhere actually. The only thing with a number is the strap. Perhaps this is an old watch face with a new fake back??
