Its not just the odd one or two there are many like this. Its enough searching through mounds of listings without these. 

eBay please remove all of this ex sellers  listings. Feel sure I am not the only one that has brought this to your attention!

Given nobody from eBay reads the boards, you haven't brought it to their attention.

There is a report item option on every listing. Do that.

They have been like that for at least a couple of years.

Just filter out that seller in your searches.
