Small jug ID help please

Hi, I am hoping someone can help ID the maker of this jug.It is 8cm (3") tall.Narooma NSW in gold near the spout.No marks on base.Base is fully glazed with 3 stilt marks.Originally I thought Australian but could be Czech or Japan. Thanks .......momma
