I find the Emporium very good. More to Aussie taste, not too strong.
They have a Greek or Danish style which is smoother.
Otherwise if I want the real thing, I buy it at a Euro Deli.
I like Dodoni- a mix of sheep and goats milk, which makes it a little sharp..which I like..I buy it locally, use it in salad, spanakopita, with lamb..mmm...it crumbles very chunky, I dont like a smooth feta..I think its easy to find, Im a bit spoilt- I live near Mediterranean Wholesalers in Melbourne..
