I'm doing well, had bought for everyone else but my own kids and I just bought my son a couple of tshirts online, they promise delivery before christmas, what do you think my chances are?

That's lovely, the thought that went into that was really nice.

Must have taken you ages to find something so nice and appropriate.

It will look lovely, insert as appropriate "on the wall, on the shelf, on me, when I wear it"

Before you wrap the gifts and give them away, get a notebook and write down each gift you have given. It will save you doubling up next year. Also will give you a list to buy gifts on special during the year. No late running around.
