There ia so much haze and rubbish in the air/sky this morning

It's lower than the few high 'clouds'.......gentle breeze is having trouble 'moving' and clearing it all

The "gentle breeze" you feel might be non existent where the rubbish is.

Melbourne is clear blue sky.
