Hmmm, you might be onto something. What we find is with the progression of more and more rights for women, studies are finding they're getting less and less happy by the decades.

Its not that women have become

More violent.

Society has become intolerant

To violence

Many acts of violence that

Would have gone undetected

In the past  are now brought to

Light

A man can walk into a police station

And report his wife for violence

And not be laughed at

Same as a woman

It was not uncommon for a 

Mother to beat her children

A generation ago and get away

With it.now any witness to this

Act would report it immediately

And she would be charged

Crime stats are up and domestic violence is one category with large increases.

Whether the women component within that has increased, I don't know.

I think ICE is a main contributor.
