A US restaurant owner has found himself under fire for allegedly refusing to serve African-American, Hispanic, gay or disabled customers, as well as those who are unemployed.
Gary James has run "Gary's Chicaros" in the town of Enid, Oklahoma, for 44 years, and has been managed to keep the restaurant open despite his exclusion policy.
"I've been in business 44 years, I think I can spot a freak or a **bleep**got," Mr James told KFOR News.
"I don't deal with these people walking down the street with no jobs on welfare."
Mr James had earlier declared that anyone who wore a hat in his restaurant was gay, and would be asked to leave.
Now, Facebook users have taken to his restaurant's page to claim they had been discriminated against because they were black, Hispanic or disabled.
Local man Matt Gard said he was banned from the restaurant because he was in a wheelchair.
Oklahoma law prohibits discrimination on the basis of race or disability.
It is still legal in the state to refuse service to people because of sexual orientation.
Lol I wonder how long his restaurant will last once the name of it goes viral.

True Spots, I kid you not. Two threads that were sent into oblivion was one on Immigration, and the other one concerning ADHD, for the same reason.
I feel a song coming on...
