I'm prone to agree, with certain restrictions, ie religious exemptions. I waited from Jan 7th until May to receive my new (actually good, used) heart, so I am a little biased.......but I think being a non-donor is pure selfishness.
Or perhaps they should have an opt-out clause, with the proviso that those who do so forfeit any eligibility for transplantation.
