A seller is sending me messages offering me money/credit to change a negative feedback to positive

I recently bought an Iphone that didnt work, the seller made it difficult to return, I have left a negative comment, they keep emailing me offering a paypal credit to change my feedback is this legal.

Report them to eBay for feedback  extortion 

They are in Malaysia with awful feedback so I am not surprised you had issues

Plus heaven knows how many other people HAVE agreed to their stunt (or their feedback would be even worse)

A good reason why something like an iPhone is not something one should buy from an overseas seller on eBay

It's not within the eBay rules.

As suggested just report and add them to your BBL, ticking the box to block communications.
