receiving a faulty item

I bought an item , it was faulty, I contacted the Seller, & he kept promising a  FULL  refund, right until the 180 days have expired!!!    Then he just didn't acknowledge my existance!!!

One of the reasons buyers need to use the tools they are given to get their money back

 

= opening an item not as described dispute rather than let a seller string them along for six months
