why did I get an emal saying "in response to your request to reset your password" when i didn't?

Why am I getting emails supposed to be from ebay saying it is in response to my request to reset my password, when I don't think I did request to reset my password?  The link it wants me to click on expires in 24hours so I ignored it the I got anther one the next day.  The link is to an address that starts with https://fyp.ebay.com.au.  I know some of the scammers links can appear okay because they might have ebay in the address somewhere so not sure about this.  It does include my name and it appears more legitimate than generic things I have received in the past but I am naturally suspicous because, as I said, I didn't request to reset my password recently.

Don't click on the link. It doesn't look like an ebay address plus you can go to My Messages to see any legitimate ebay emails. Deleted the the email and block it if you can.
