I have had a couple of emails requesting feedback to a recent Help & Contact query but I did not use Help & Contact on the day stated. I have not contacted eBay for quite some time now and need to talk to someone in live chat but cannot find the link.
Please Help!

Here's the link to contact eBay CS, you may have to try a few different options to get the live chat option to come up.
It's always best with CS to get them to call you back as you tend to get a more knowledgeable rep that way.
