I bought a Huawei Band 4e from Ebay Commerce. Now I have had an email from a Chinese Company (Wang)

they say they have no record of my purchase, which I paid on Paypal.  I have sent the Paypal receipt but as yet haven't heard from them.

I must be missing something,  you bought a band via ebay and then out of the blue, you get an unsolicited messsage from wang, saying you have not bought from them!

Or were you chasing an overdue order, who is shown as the seller on you purchase record.

The seller is Ebay Commerce Australia Pty Ltd who unfortunately wont answer my emails.

eBay Commerce is not the seller. eBay Commerce process payments from buyers and then pay the sellers

As was said, eBay do not sell anything. Plain and simple fact. And their emails are bot automated so you won't get any reply , let alone one where you want to say (after having already been told) that they do not sell anything

So the other question is, did you actually buy from a seller on eBay, or did you click on a third party scam ad on eBay and buy from someone else altogether ?

Was the seller who you did actually buy from registered in China?
