How change the state fees if i moved from Poland to Australia. I change my address but still fees is count like in Poland.

You need to change the region - 

You can choose a new home country or region at any time by updating your registration information:

1. Go to the Change Registration Information page. ...
2. Once there, scroll down to the Country field and choose your country from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the change registration information button.
