how do I find the option to cancel my ebay plus membership?

I have tried all of the ways suggested and cannot locate the option to 'edit membership'

I think this will only work through a browser not on the app!

Go to your "my eBay" page.

Click on the link for "account"

Down the bottom of the page under the heading of selling click on "subscriptions"

On that page it will list ebay plus if you have a current subscription and under that will be a link to cancel.

Have you clicked on the button at the top of your "my ebay" page where it says "G'day******", then clicked on "account settings" when this page should come up. Then click on "subscriptions"..............

Alternatively click on eBay plus link at the top of every page.

Scroll down to "manage your membership".

Click on "my account details"

Click on down arrow next to "edit membership "

Pop up window shows

View invoice 

Change payment method 

eBay plus terms and conditions

cancel membership .

Again this is using a browser , I don't know how (or if!!) it can be done using the app.

Thanks Cam, I am using a browser but no-where on the page can I see the 'manage your membership' as an option. How far down the page did you scroll to find that?

On my device it's approximately halfway down the page in a green box

If you can't see it in your subscriptions (see padi's post) then maybe you've already unsubscribed??

As in you have tried all the ways (links) posted by other members here on the forum, or as in the way eBay suggests?

If you have tried the links provided by other members already and they do not work, I'm afraid I do not know of any others

I have tried all of the links posted by other members and the way eBay suggests. It seems it impossible to cancel the subscription!

I'm not sure then sorry, maybe another member might know of a 'newer' link . Are you trying from the app or the full site? (only other thing I can think of as the app is responsible for several 'issues'
