i am trying to find out who the courier would be for USPS in Australia , unable to fill in form on USPS website because it only covers US states in the dropdown sheet therefore unable to continue , would anybody have any idea . tracking no. details tell me that part was delivered but no one home , running out time part will get sent back . at least Oz post drops a note in your letterbox, can anybody help , cheers & regards.

USPS parcels are usually delivered by Australia Post.
If the parcel went through multiple carriers though (starting with USPS), then the final carrier is usually Aramex or Australia Post. Was the tracking number really USPS or eBay International Shipping?

Have you tried 17track or similar tracking site.
By the way, AP is doing away with leaving slips, all going digital
