I purchased a CD/Cassette player through EBay from REMOVED. Unfortunately the player is faulty and will not play CDs. Do I return and exchange it through EBay or through REMOVED?

You don't buy from eBay, you buy from sellers listing on the eBay site.
Firstly contact the seller and see what they will do.
If they are not helpful then you can open a formal return case in eBay.
