Purchased an item from US, which was supposed to arrive by 17 Apr, but has not to date.
Tracking says it in transit, so how else can I check to see where it actually is?
Also, the 'More Actions' button in 'Purchases' does not provide a link for this subject!
If it is said to arrive on the 17th - why on earth would you wonder on the 8th why it hasn't yet arrived.
