My customer has requested express postage. They purchased the item but not yet paid for it requesting the postage be changed to express. I am unable to change the postage costs to express and to increase cost. I have previously made alterations the final value on an invoice but now it will not let me update. Is there something that I'm missing? What am I doing wrong?
