Buyer had not paid the full postage amount. Amount was listed as $10.40, buyer only paid $7.75.

How do I resolve this.  Postage to buyer was listed as $10.40 but buyer only paid $7.75 which means i will be out of pocket on the deal.

If it's the glass beads necklace, you have 2 rates listed.

One is showing 7.60 as standard postage and one with 10.55 for registered. (To my location)

I guess buyer simply completed checkout based on what you had in the listing.
