My wife and I were working from home all day when the supposed “attempted delivery “ was made.
No knock on the door, no parcel left at door, no parcel left in letterbox.
Where is my parcel with the item I paid for?
Other members have no idea where you parcel is, how could we?
As asked, what does the tracking number you have show?
Have you contacted Australia Post/the courier and questioned them?
Does it say it was left at your premises or was it taken to a post office?
Clearly the seller sent the item you paid for
