So, 4 times I've tried to list an item, set the description, set the postage cost & charge for insurance with the prepaid Aust. Post 3kg domestic & international postal satchel, hit enter for list.
4 times it's listed....with $3 for postage fee. So I go revise item, multiple times, check the postage is what I entered. Recheck item, still says $3 postage. Pull listing 4 times.
I've been on chat with eBay staff twice. They keep telling me I've set the postage for $3, yet the site system should know that a prepaid Aust. Post 3kg domestic & international postal satchel is most definitely NOT $3.
Anyone got any ideas? I'll check back later. TIA.
