have bought item from UK & seller says use global shipping program to facilitate postage - how?

The seller agreed to sell the item to me if I facilitated the postage element via the ebay Global shipping program - I have no idea how to do that - does anyone know how I'd go about it?

The seller is confused.

Only the seller is able to use the GSP.

You as the buyer cannot do that.

Best to get back to the seller & ask them to look up the GSP on HELP  at the top of the page.

The item needs to be listed with the GSP enabled.
