payouts are stuck in processing

Gday, 

I sold few items since 30/3/2024.

i have few thousand dollars are stuck in processing with no scheduled payout dates. 

I have spoken to customer service from ebay more than 20 times. they all said they will follow up for me and asked me to wait for the reply from their IT department with patience as they claimed that this is their own problem.

does anyone experience this ?

Have you signed up to Managed Payments and gone through the verification process for both your bank account and your identity?

If you haven’t, your funds will not be disbursed.

There will also be an initial hold on funds as you’re a new seller.

If you have been signed up and fully verified, then we’ll need to look at other possible issues - but not being signed up to MP, not having verified your bank account via either login credentials or micro deposits, and not having provided acceptable photo ID to verify your identity are the most obvious possibility here.
