Why is a cancelled purchase showing up as unpaid in my summery?

Several days ago I did a BIN from the UK ,I live in Australia .Due to postal problems the seller and I agreed to cancel the sale  eBay is aware of this .

So why is the item still showing up in my summery To Be Paid?

Did the seller send you a mutual cancellation form which you formally agreed to?

If not, that is what the seller needs to do.
