wound be good if you could contact someone at ebay but seems there are not into helping buyers only sellers
You can contact ebay, the same as any user, buyer, seller, or even a guest, and you can normally achieve this in less than a minute. (during operating hours)
Buyers have ALL the power, providing they follow these rules:

eBay is 100% about the buyer
