seller wont post purchase item and cancelled my order. i wish to have my payment back from paypal

When a seller cancels an order and you paid in checkout with Paypal, the refund is done before the cancellation can go ahead.

The refund goes back to the funding source so if you used a credit card in PayPal then it will go back to the credit card and can take some days to appear.
