Ebay refunded full fee to the customer as per request, but deducted $250 transaction fee from my account, as a result, the item was not sold. what is the contact phone or email regards? I want to talk to a real human being.
If ebay believes the sale was completed then your sales fees still apply. Likewise sales fees can also still apply depending on the reason for cancellation.
Also if the item sold via promotion, the add fee is not refundable.
