what does pending payment means? Does it mean that the buyer have paid and do i sent the product or wait till payment is received?

If they have paid by paypal it means they have paid by an echeque (money is from their bank account not a CC or PP account) this can take 3 to 5 days to clear to your PP account so DO NOT post it till you get the payment cleared email from paypal.
The only other reason this would show is if you had incorrect details in your PP address ie a typo in the details.
Have you received and email from paypal to advise you have received and echeque?
