Hi, need urgent advise regarding misconduct of a buyer

HI,

 

I sold an item on ebay listed as genuine heavy 925 sterling silver, paid by buyer on the 3rd of October , shipped on the 4th, buyer received items but was not happy with purchase, full refund offered however he went on to say it is all good and left positive feedback for me.

 

He is now going back on his words and asking for a refund when he in fact has left positive feedback already, now he is threatening my life, he is saying I am not going to sleep well anymore while he takes it upon himself to destroy me by monitoring my sales and interfering with these, that he has ruined other sellers and how sorry I will be???

 

He is harasing, sending intimidating threats for nothing...  ???? he refused a full refund and left positive feedback.

 

Have you dealt with something like this? what is your advise???

Go to "help and contact" and get an option for a call back, ask to speak to a supervisor and tell him/her all of what has happened.

 

Take a note of their name and get a record of the query number.
