Is it ok to reply to sellers message asking if item was received. I have already given good feedback

I have received an item and left 100% positive feedback. I now have a message asking if i have received the item and was it OK. Should i answer this message?

As a courtesy, i would answer, even though you have left feedback for the item.

There could be a glitch in the system where the feedback hasn't reached them as yet.
