A buyer gave +ve feedback for charms but, 3 months later, wants to return them for a full refund.

I sold 3 stg silver charms to a buyer - front and back close-up photos, size in mmm and description was given. The feedback was +ve for all 3 items.

Now, 3 months later, they want to return 2 of them for a full refund saying they are not happy with them and have never liked them and one was too small (a $7 item). They are also threatening to give -ve feedback!

My Return Policy includes  - We will only accept returns if an item is described incorrectly or is faulty...not simply because you have changed your mind..

Q1 - I presume I am under no obligation to refund them?

Q2 - Can they change the feedback they have previously left?

Q3 - Can I block the buyer so they cannot purchase from me again?    Thanks
