A buyer has purchased two items and paid both postage costs. How do I refund part of the postage?

If the buyer paid with PayPal log into PayPal and next to one of the transactions is a refund button.

Select that and enter a part refund amount but wait until after you have posted the items in case the combined weight means postage is a little dearer.
