A buyer who won't pick up goods and wants her money back

A buyer has bought some furniture from me two weeks ago and paid but has been unable to pick the items up and now wants her money back because she says she can't pick them up.  What can I do because we are moving this week and it is too late to resell them?

Consider delivering them, it is probably the best option.

Rather than refunding then waiting another 4 days to close a non payer case and having to resell.

It may be an excuse as well so I would go out of my way to deliver them.
