Hi everyone, a buyer contacted me saying an item they received was damaged

Hi everyone, a buyer contacted me saying an item they received was damaged- I apologized and as I offer free returns I asked them to open a return on the item which I accepted

They then said they would keep the product but left me a negative review, any advice on how I can get it changed without the buyers input as they aren't being cooperative

sorry, I don't think you can change it, but you were factual in your f/b response....move on........
