Putting my house on the market and wondering if ebay would be one option! Has anyone sold property ? I have not sold anything before so need some advise/help.

I have no direct experience myself but suggestions have been made on the boards before.
If selling a property in a capital city or built up area, an agent is the best.
Selling property in country or rural areas, eBay may be beneficial included in an overall marketing stragety.
