How do I find out how to do a second invoice when a buyer has not paid enough for postage

If the buyer has paid the amount of postage as shown in the listing you can't force them to pay extra, you can ask them but don't expect them to agree to it.

If they do agree then they can put the extra amount straight into your Paypal account.
