How long does it take after a dispute is closed for EBay to issue a strike against a non-payer

no one but Ebay  can 'see' the strike.  it is NEVER a neg.feedback, buyers can never get a neg fb for anything.

if you  as a seller, have your buyer blocks in place to stop bidders with more than 1 strik e  from bidding that is what the value of the strike it

these buyers soon find they are blocked from many, many sellers.
