I sold my drum some weeks ago and closed the listing. Buyer paid but has always got some reason for not collecting. Can I withdraw the sale?

Send one last message with a pick up by date and if they are not picked up by then you will refund less the fees from the sale
If they do not pick up then do refund less the fees.
