I need to give a buyer a $6.00 refund on postage will I get a defect for this under the new system?

I have overcharged postage and need to give a refund of $6.00. Does one get a defect for this under the new system?

As I understand it, No.

But even under the old system, a defect shouldn't be issued on a part refund.

If you are concerned you could always just log into PayPal and do a "send funds".

The buyer's PayPal email should appear in a drop down suggestions upon entering one.

At least until we know the new system works as it should.
