Buyer has just messaged me to say she doesn't want to continue with sale and just thinks I can offer it to the next highest bidder without consequence. GRR. How do I fix this mwss up asap without being charged about $25 transaction fee. Thanks in advance for your replies.

To add -
With a cancellation the buyer is able to leave neg feedback if there has been any animosity.
Otherwise the cancellation is faster.
After an unpaid case is closed neither party can leave feedback.
And the buyer receives a strike if you think it is warranted.
