My buyer made two appointments to collect the item (vacuum cleaner for $370). She did not turn up either time and did not pay. I opened a case against her and have been refunded the listing/final selling fees. Why can’t I post negative feedback about this buyer who is unreliable and a time waster?
Because ebay doesn’t allow sellers to leave negative or neutral feedback for buyers. You either leave positive feedback with a negative comment or nothing at all.
