I won an auction yesterday for 2 sofas. No one else bid. I had asked a question of the seller which was ignored. I bid anyway. When I asked when I could collect the sofas, they told me they had sold them so they weren't available.

non paying Buyer hassling me to cancel transaction after I have opened a case against him

I sold two items to the same buyer (totalling $430 at auction end). He then asked to cancel transactions due to unforeseen circumstances 2 days after the auction. Despite his asking me not to, I opened a non payment case or whatever it's called again...

I sold some audio equipment totalling $432 on Tuesday evening. The buyer did not communicate with me until tonight and then saying he had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Can I leave negative feedback?

Item not received, no insurance

I bid for an item in the UK and it was being sent airmail. It was over 20 pounds for postage which did not include insurance. The seller did say it was my responsibility. I have not received the item as yet and it has been 2 weeks. If I don't have it...
