blacklisting a serial non payer auction buyer. It appears this is old news, why can't we stop her.

How do I contact EBay to speak to.  I have a customer who I find is a serial bidder/nonpayer and I can get no help other than "open a case" to invoice her.  I have been hassling now for over a month.  Does anyone know what to do!

Open a non paying bidder dispute.....if it is not too late.

Why on earth did you not do it weeks ago when it was obvious she was not going to pay.   Give her a strike on her account and put her on your blocked bidders list.

By giving her a strike you will help other sellers who have their blocks in place.
