Seller wants to cancel transaction that's paid for.

Is it possible for me as a seller, to cancel a transaction once it's been paid for & if so, how do I go about it?

Many thanks,

You need to have a very good reason or  you will be looking at negative feedback.

Why can you not supply the buyer ?

Did your item sell for less than you wanted?

Did you run out of stock?

etc etc

All you can do is refund the buyer the full amount they paid, apologise and whether they accept your reason or decide to leave a negative feedback is up to them.

Looking at your feedback, it is awesome, maybe pull the buyers details via eBay and give them a call to hopefully avoid a negative, sometimes a personal contact goes a lot further than an impersonal message and refund.
