What requirements are needed to sell a 3 phase machine

I was wondering if eBay requires me to have a certificate of safety for an electrically operated machine or someting else along those lines?

I don't think so as many sell such machines.

We sold a large clicking press, granulators, extruder not so long ago on ebay.

Machines that are plug and use, the regulatory requirements would fall on the installation of correct required 3 phase in the premises where it is being used.
