a person has bid on my item,they have bad feedback that shows as positive,why?

I have an item listed for auction,a user has made a bid on it,looking at his profile he has a lot of bad feedback as a buyer that shows up as all good feedback,why?I think I should cancel his bid based on this.

It shows up as "positive feedback" because sellers can only leave positive feedback and the bad remarks from sellers as positive feedback can be removed, i would put the user id on your blocked bidder list, also set your blocks to weed out serial non payers, if you dont know how just ask and someone will guide you how to do it.
